THE BEGINNING
Almost six years to the day after we started dating, we’ll be getting married at Maryhill Estate.
We met on Tinder — still unclear why Tinder hasn’t sponsored us — and somehow, after our first date, both left convinced we had met our match.
That was the beginning of our forever: laughing together across Atlanta, Philadelphia, Manhattan, Stockholm, and Boston.

First Date Debrief
After our first date, I burst into Liv’s room at my old college apartment (shoutout 3934), danced around blasting ‘See You Again’ by Miley Cyrus, and declared that I had met the love of my life.
Liv promptly told me to go to sleep :)
I had been staying with my cousin Ainsley the summer Julia and I met. We spent more time than I want to admit watching Too Hot To Handle together on Netflix. Driving home from my first date with Julia in Ainsley’s car, I remember calling her and saying in a horrible Essex accent that I had ‘found a genuine connection.’
Too Hot to Handle had been in heavy rotation that summer.
